Grey and Yellow Striped Pillows

With all the fabric samples I brought home from one of our tradeshows in New York, I made two yellow and grey striped pillows.

The other side of the pillow is grey with white tiny stripes. To have a more decorative pillow I decided on attaching a flower in the same striped fabric.
I cut out several fabric circles,

glued them to the felt with Liquid Stitch and ironed to get them dry sooner! :)

I stacked them all on top of each other, starting with the biggest one on the bottom and worked my way up to the top. Then stitched them all together in the middle.

I started to stitch each circle on the outer side and made a knot into the thread ones the fabric circle started to fold together like a little flower, see below.

Do this to all of the circles. I made six out of the two fabrics I had and switched the colors up.

In the middle I hot glued a shiny button.

After that was done I just sewed the flower arrangement :) onto the pillows.

Now it's just looking for a new owner!

Love the colors! I'm hoping to add some gray/yellow to our dining room. It's so happy!
